When I place an order, when will my package arrive?

Once the check out process is completed, our products are dispatched promptly, typically on the same day or, at the latest, the following business day. Please note that orders made on Saturdays will be shipped out on the subsequent Monday. Our products are estimated to arrive within a 2-5 day timeframe from the date of purchase.

What will be my shipping cost?

Flutora offers free standard shipping to all orders shipped to addresses within the United States. There is no minimum purchase requirement to qualify for free standard shipping.

What is your return and exchange policy?

While we will make every effort to assist you, we do not accept returns nor do we offer exchanges or refunds. Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final. Please note that Flutora does not currently accept returns. If a package is returned to us, it is not examined and is most likely discarded.

What if my product arrived damaged?

Please notify us within 3 business days of your orders delivery date of any issues by providing a photo and video of all that was shipped to include packing materials and products. Without these items, we may be unable to assist. You are encouraged to raise your issue with your courier.
